Because we love Kenya and we love our life here we want to share this with you. We are Tom & Mariska, a locally based couple from Holland and Watamu who welcome you in the beautiful country that is in our hearts. Follow us on social media @barefoot.kenya.

We wil take you onto a journey through Kenya, Watamu and our life here. The nature, the villages, the people and the adventures that life in Kenya has to offer, which in our case mostly takes place in Watamu, with its diamond beaches and deep bleu Indian ocean, only 1,5 hours drive from Tsavo, the largest safari park of Kenya.

Of course we hope to welcome you as a guest in the future and we are very happy to show you around. If you want to take a tour or safari we will connect you to our local friend who is very experienced and will make your holiday the trip of your dreams. Tom is a kitsurfing instructor and will enjoy to teach you the skills and take you onto the water!
